I wanted to send a quick update to you on the Charlotte Real Estate Market as it appears that things will be opening up a bit this weekend.

Yesterday, Mecklenburg County agreed to follow the terms of the State of North Carolina's Stay at Home Order starting on April 30.  What this means for Real Estate is that it will now be considered an essential business and activity.  All homes, vacant or occupied, may now be shown throughout the County.

Here is the official release.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.  I would be happy to help.
