This is a follow-up to my email from last week updating you on the market conditions around Charlotte. Our goal with these updates is to provide you facts of what is occurring during the current COVID-19 crisis.
The statistics I provide below will all be from Monday 3/30/2020 to Sunday 4/5/2020 and will come directly from the Canopy MLS system as well as ShowingTime for the City of Charlotte, NC.

We saw 235+ homes listed in Charlotte in the last seven days, compared to 240 the previous week. That outpaces homes under-contract this week for the first time since the lockdown began.
Currently, Realtors are being asked to not show properties in Mecklenburg. In surrounding counties, Real Estate IS being deemed an essential business, and Realtors can show properties if the homeowners will allow it.
As of today, the team at My Charlotte Real Estate Agents is not performing any in-person showings. We have elected to remain working virtually and would be thrilled to provide additional information on, and will work to obtain or provide a virtual tour of any home you wish to see.
Please let me know if you have any questions and please be safe. Have a great week!
